All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Glasswiping or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Glasswiping. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without the prior written consent of Glasswiping.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise contribute content to the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Glasswiping a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.

Glasswiping reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Glasswiping to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the services.

Glasswiping reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Service Modifications

Glasswiping reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but you agree that Glasswiping will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. You acknowledge that the services may be subject to interruptions or delays, and you agree that Glasswiping is not responsible for any such interruptions or delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Glasswiping, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Glasswiping’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Glasswiping. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Glasswiping may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
